Mr. Avinash

Founder & CEO


I am a Commerce Graduate from Delhi College of Arts Commerce (University of Delhi) one of the best commerce colleges in the country and also did my MBA in HR Strategy, and Industrial Relations from IBS Hyderabad.

After working in a leading MNC in Singapore in the field of Oil and  Gas, I joined a leading Japanese Automobile giant for performance and  Talent Management,  decided to hang my boots after a decade-long corporate career and take a plunge into the field he loved most i.e. food.

A foodie by passion and a chef by heart can cook Italian, Mexican, Lebanese, Thai and Mediterranean cuisines. I travelled far and wide to countries in Europe and South East Asia and realised that Awadhi Culinary arts are so rich, still so underrated that this magic needs to be shared with the connoisseurs across the globe. Well, I am not alone in this journey though, my mother was more than willing to join and support me to run this venture.

Sudha Mishra

Managing Director

I did my Master's in human psychology years ago and was able to tell if you're happy or sad from a distance. My culinary skills were admired by anyone who tasted what I cooked. From starting a home kitchen to establishing BK with my son.  I am the quality assurance head of BK kitchen and ensure that everything which gets into our kitchens is of utmost high quality. You can find me reciting hindi poetry and songs when he I am not in the kitchen.

As the Best friend of our founder for over decades, I am also a foodie by passion and believe in the vision of making Badmaash kebabi a global brand. I hail from a family where business is a legacy and the family is successfully running their baby products manufacturing business over the last five decades.

My father Mr A.K Gupta owns an organization which is one of the largest FMCG manufacturers in entire western Uttar Pradesh.

I also joined my family business after the successful completion of my MBA in Finance and Marketing from IBS
Hyderabad, I am having experience of more than a decade in developing and growing my own family business and I joined Badmaash Kebabi as Chief Financial Officer of the company.

Together they embark upon a journey to successfully create a global brand in Awadhi cuisine.

Arun Kumar Mishra


Worked closely to streamline IT operations and supply chain logistics of major shipping,
freight forwarding and pharma conglomerates across the globe. At Badmaash Kebabi, I am responsible for enhancing processes, improving productivity and delivering value to our customers. I loved our kebabs and decided to get on board for this exciting journey. Apart
from being a voracious kebab eater, I am an avid reader and love to travel and meet new people.



I have 13+ years of experience working with major IT MNCs in India and abroad. I have a knack for numbers and coding and love to implement new technologies. At BK, I have played an instrumental role in enabling the online presence of our business. I love to dance and unwind when not crunching data. I am a complete extrovert and there is never a dull moment if she is in our office.



I am a civil engineer with over a decade of experience in structures and interiors. I have worked with one of the largest construction conglomerates. I have executed extremely difficult projects for the Government of India also, and the beautiful structures and interiors of all the Badmaash Kebabi Restaurants are designed by him. I am very dynamic and versatile with infectious energy.
